This terms and conditions document forms a legal agreement between baghd and its users. baghd is an online gaming platform that provides cricket betting, slot games, live casino, and other gaming services for users in Bangladesh.

2.1 Age Requirement

2.2 One Account Policy

Each individual may open only one account on the baghd platform. If the same person operates multiple accounts, all accounts will be closed and the balances may be forfeited.

2.3 Registration Requirements

• You must provide accurate and truthful personal information.
• Your name, date of birth, and contact details must be valid and verifiable.
• If any false information is found in the details provided at registration, the account will be immediately cancelled.
• By registering, the user acknowledges that they are voluntarily and knowingly consenting to these terms and conditions.

2.4 Identity Verification (KYC)

The baghd platform conducts a KYC (Know Your Customer) process to ensure security. At the time of withdrawal or in any other circumstances, we may request a copy of your national ID card or passport to verify your identity. Withdrawals may be placed on hold if verification is not completed in time.

You are responsible for the security of your own account. baghd will never ask for your password — if anyone asks for your password, it may be a fraud attempt. Please notify our support team immediately in such situations.

If any financial loss occurs due to an account security breach that results from the user's own negligence, baghd will not be held responsible for that loss.

4.1 Deposit Rules

The baghd platform currently accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳300.

4.2 Withdrawal Conditions

• Your account must have at least ৳1,000 to submit a withdrawal request.
• The wagering requirement must be completed before withdrawing bonus funds.
• Withdrawals may be placed on hold if identity verification has not been completed.
• In cases of suspicious activity, withdrawals may be delayed pending investigation.

4.3 Currency and Conversion

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. A 10x wagering requirement applies to this bonus.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• Bonus funds and real money are managed separately.
• While a bonus is active, new bonuses generally cannot be accepted.

• Attempting to obtain bonuses through fraudulent means will result in account closure.

5.3 VIP Program

baghd's VIP program has five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. As you advance to higher tiers, weekly cashback benefits increase — from a maximum of 0.2% at Bronze up to a maximum of 0.8% at Diamond.

6.1 Betting Policy

Betting on the baghd platform is conducted fairly and transparently. All games and betting markets operate under a fair play policy. Game outcomes are determined through a completely random and verifiable process.

6.2 Bet Validity

• A bet that has been confirmed cannot be changed or cancelled.
• If a bet is cancelled due to a technical error, the bet amount will be refunded.
• In sports betting, wins and losses are determined based on official results.
• If an event is cancelled or postponed, bets will be handled in accordance with the applicable rules.

6.3 Maximum Bet Limits

baghd sets maximum bet limits for each game and market. These limits may vary by game. Higher bet limits may apply for VIP members.

9.1 Account Closure by baghd

9.2 Account Closure by the User

If an account is closed due to a terms violation, bonus funds will be forfeited. After the investigation is complete, there is a possibility of receiving legitimate real-money funds back — this depends on the outcome of the investigation.
